Workplace bullying has become a hot topic in recent years, particularly as it is widely recognised as an Occupational Health & Safety issue.This course addresses both sides of the issue by creating empathy, assertiveness and awareness in all participants.
During this course, participants will develop skills and self-awareness on how they can affect or be affected by others. Initially they will learn to understand what bullying is and how to recognise bullying behaviour, either within themselves or others. They will then be given tools to alter certain behaviours and beliefs about bullying which will empower them and those around them.
