This course is designed to provide business users an introduction to Lync 2010. During the course end users will learn how to make use of the most common communication features of Lync including adding contacts & managing contacts, instant messaging, calling options, and sharing.
Target Audience:
This course is designed for business users or end users who are new to the Lync communication platform and would like to become more familiar with the common features of the Lync technology.
Pre-requisites:
It is recommended that attendees have previous experience working with Microsoft Windows.
