Overview:
The New Horizons ‘Sales Skills: Advanced’ Program builds on the fundamentals of ‘Sales Skills: Basic’. In the Advanced program, participants learn how to build relationships with clients, help clients envision their needs, negotiate to meet the identified needs, study the market, and analyse competitors. Program activities also cover researching clients, and implementing a consulting strategy to develop solutions for clients. Participants will also learn how to close and follow up after the sale. The manual is designed for quick scanning in the classroom and filled with interactive exercises that help ensure participant success.
Target Audience:
This program is aimed at anyone who is in a sales-position or business development role, and has completed the ‘Sales Skills: Basic’ program.
