This two day workshop is designed for staff responsible for the configuration and support of MS Project Server.
The workshop shows trainees how to configure Project Server to meet the requirements of the organization. This includes the customization of project server object metadata properties, user/resource maintenance, creation of views and reports, usage workflow, configuration of rights and permissions using the security matrix, Workspace customization and configuration using SharePoint, configuration of Timesheet and Task Update settings.
This workshop will also prepare trainees to be able to provide support to end users of the EPM product suite.
Target Audience:
PMO staff, EPM Support Staff.
This course is NOT designed for IT architects interested primarily in the installation and deployment of Project Server.
Pre-requisites:
Prior exposure to the use of MS Project and Project Server.
