The MSP™ Practitioner is an intensive 2-day course combining revision sessions, MSP™ Practitioner exam practice sessions and discussions
focused around the practical application of MSP™. The course is designed to effectively prepare you to sit and pass the MSP™ Practitioner Exam which will be taken on the afternoon of the second day. This 2.5 hour Objective Marked Assessment (complex multi-choice exam) will lead to the award of the MSP™ Practitioner Certificate and
MSP™ Registered Practitioner status. This course will also prepare you to effectively tailor MSP™ for pragmatic application within your organisation.
Target Audience:
The 2 day Practitioner programme is designed for programme management professionals who need to be able to apply the method in-practice and who require the internationally recognised MSP™ Registered Practitioner Status. It is recommended for anyone undertaking a programme manager, business change manager, benefits realisation manager, senior responsible owner or programme office role
within a major change programme. It is also mandatory for anyone wishing to become an MSP™ Consultant.
Pre-requisites:
You must have passed the MSP™ Foundation Exam before attending the MSP™ Practitioner Course. Ideally you should have attended a Tanner James MSP™ Foundation course or completed an MSP™ Foundation E-Learning course.
At Course Completion:
On completion of the MSP™ Practitioner course you are expected to be able to:
