Desktop Applications Trainer

We are looking for an applications trainer to begin immediately who has existing Microsoft Office training experience, outstanding customer service and displays a professional and friendly approach at all times.

Location	We have a position in our Melbourne office located in the CBD.

Hours	Full time, Monday-Friday, 8.30AM - 5:30PM.
Candidate	The ideal candidate is a motivated team player, hardworking, must be able to work unsupervised, possess a genuine customer focus, business aligned, with a “can do” attitude and a strong customer focus. They must also have the ability to engage with customers in the training room and/or meeting customers in person at client meetings alongside Sales staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Training our corporate clients at New Horizons or at Client’s (Melbourne & Greater Melbourne) premises
Prepare customised training material
Attend Client meetings with members of our Sales team
Assisting in ongoing improvement of our training portfolios and quality of courseware

Highly Regarded:

Ability to deliver Adobe applications training
