Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend a course once the booking has been approved and confirmed, you are required to notify New Horizons ASAP, so that you may reschedule accordingly.

PLEASE NOTE: Cancellation of a registration for a course requires at least FIVE working days written notification, to enable re-allocation of place/s. If five working days are not received, the full course fee will be charged.

Please note that any cancellation costs incurred will be charged to your cost centre.
