PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments) is a process-based method for effective project management. It provides a method for managing projects within a clearly defined framework. PRINCE2® describes procedures to coordinate people and activities in a project, how to design and supervise the project, and what to do if the project has to be adjusted if it doesn’t develop as planned.
PRINCE2® is a de facto standard used extensively by the UK Government and is widely recognised and used in the private sector, both in the UK and internationally.

PRINCE2® Practitioner:
This course is designed for PRINCE2® Foundation qualified delegates who wish to understand the application of the theory and obtain the Practitioner level qualification.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Package:
New Horizons offers a package for those wishing to progress to PRINCE2® Practitioner Level. The package includes the Foundation syllabus, Foundation exam, Practitioner syllabus, exam preparation, Practitioner Exam and a copy of the PRINCE2® Manual.
