PRINCE2® Agile - Enhancing your project delivery

 Oct 12, 2016

Did you know that PRINCE2® was always adaptable to Agile ways of working? Tailoring the PRINCE2® method to suit the project environment is one of its core principles. The gap has been in the lack of structured guidance for experienced project managers with respect to how to blend it with Agile ways of working. This guidance is now here with the availability of Prince2 Agile®.

This type of adaptation and blending requires the Project Manager, Project Board and other key stakeholders to think upfront, and collaborate on how the method will be applied when blended with Agile. These stakeholders wishing to adopt Agile simply need to adopt agile disciplines and behaviours and learn how to blend and mix them while empowering people and ensuring that the project remains viable.

The Prince2 Agile® course will give you the understanding of just how you can approach the blending based on proven practices. PRINCE2 Agile® considers agile as a family of agile behaviours, concepts, frameworks, and techniques. PRINCE2 Agile® combines the flexibility and responsiveness of agile with the clearly defined framework of PRINCE2®. By taking the Prince2 Agile® course, you will learn the PRINCE2 Agile® framework including a wide range of agile concepts, including SCRUM, Kanban and Lean Startup. With every organisation using the phrase 'we need to be more Agile', you want to be proactive and obtain this guidance so that you can be equipped to embrace this movement.
