Rajesh, currently studying in Brisbane, sums up this city by saying “Brisbane is a small city when compared to other cities in Australia, but it is very beautiful and less crowded. There are many more different parks available here so you can go and rest there peacefully. I loved the man-made beach in the heart of the city. I also loved the river running down the heart of the city and the tall skyscrapers. They have a range of excellent food from Brisbane’s finest restaurants like Esquire, Aria and others. Brisbane is a friendly city where you can have the best time of your life.”

It’s really easy to get around in Brisbane. Public Transport is one of the most popular ways, students can hop on a bus or a train and easily get where they need. Anjali said: I came here to Brisbane for my studies. As an overseas student who travelled from another country, you can get a new taste of everything; of the basic things like the culture of Australian people and other travellers, doing work systematically, its environment which is the same as our country despite the opposing time zones, the culture that people of this country have the intention to protect, and lastly, from my perspective the motivation to be self-dependent.
