With over 120 million active monthly users, it is hard to think of a world without Microsoft Office 365. It’s probably so common in practise that you don’t feel the need to continuously update your knowledge about it and its features. With on average around 300 updates a year and a lot of excellent features that you might not be aware off, Office 365 can help you to streamline workload and keep optimizing your productivity.
What’s in it?
Office 365 refers to subscription plans that include access to Office applications plus other cloud productivity services that are enabled over the Internet. The fully installed business plans include the applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Outlook, Publisher, and Access. (Publisher and Access are available on PC only.). Cloud productivity services included with the plans are OneDrive, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Microsoft Teams and Yammer.
By combining the functionalities of the apps with the cloud productivity services, Office 365 has created a strong platform that helps you get the most out of your work day, anywhere and on any device. Next to that, combined with Dynamics 365, Microsoft’s cloud-based ERP and CRM enterprise system, it is a powerful tool for business productivity.
