A new look and feel

If you are a regular use of the free version of Skype, then you will find the Skype for Business client very familiar. But it contains all the Lync features integrated. Improved meeting window

Skype for Business offers a very user friend meeting window. The chat message is formatted so that you can find out who is talking. All the conversations are tabbed, which means you do not need to open multiple windows to find out the chat history. File preview during the conversations

Now you can right click or tap a file that someone has sent you during a meeting or a conversation. Doing so will allow you to preview the file and decide whether to download the file. You can also forward or delete the file. Skype for business
