We are looking for a Part Time Microsoft Office trainer to begin working at our Melbourne Office.

Key Responsibilities

     
  • Training our corporate clients at New Horizons or at Client’s (Melbourne & Greater Melbourne) premises
  • Prepare customised training material
  • Attend Client meetings with members of our Sales team
  • Assisting in ongoing improvement of our training portfolios and quality of courseware

The Candidate

The ideal candidate is a motivated team player, hard-working, must be able to work unsupervised, possess a genuine customer focus, with a “can do” attitude and a strong customer focus.

The candidate will create an upbeat environment inside the classroom, always be professional with a genuine desire to help our customers.

They must also have the ability to engage with customers in the training room and/or meeting customers in person at client meetings alongside Sales staff. Meetings will be in a subject matter expert capacity only.

A high level of expertise in core Microsoft Office applications is expected.

Highly Regarded

  • Ability to deliver Adobe applications training
  • Ability to deliver SharePoint training
  • Ability to deliver Microsoft Project training
