In this workshop, participants will develop a clear picture of what they want to achieve at work and in life. This includes helping them find ways to feel more compelled to work towards organisational goals by integrating them with their own values. Quite often people do not feel motivated at work because they don’t have compelling goals to set for themselves; they don’t see the incentive to perform. Additionally, certain internal drivers stop them from achieving such as fear, boredom or frustration which can result in poor performance and high retention for the organisation.
This workshop engages the participant by motivating them to aim high for what they want by breaking through the barriers of limiting beliefs. We use principles of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) which models the behaviours of successful people. The session is highly interactive and allows the participant to set a plan for themselves in what they want to achieve whilst motivating them to get there.
