The Microsoft blue ribbon has moved from the top to the bottom so that you can easily move your thumb.
There is a new tell me feature in Word that performs action on your behalf. For example, if you want to make a word bold but don’t know how to do it, you could highly the text and simply type bold in the tell me field.
The desktop version of Word has insight option that helps you to find the information’s on the web easily.
Microsoft Office is based on a new design model called colourful, that comes with a wide range of colourful themes.
Microsoft has added new options to customise and change the office updates.
With Office 2016, Microsoft is bringing the collaboration one step further. You will be able to see names popping up when colleagues are editing the same document.
Excel 2016 comes with more business intelligence tools. Now excel comes with built in power query (previously used to be an add on).
Now Skype has become Skype for Business. You get the floating call monitor and continue to work with other apps while you are on a call. If the Lync and skype federation is activated, then you can add skype contacts to Lync and vice versa.
