Accessing records using voice commands
Now Cortana is tightly integrated with Dynamics CRM 2015. Customers using windows phone 8.1 can now use voice based commands to create appointments, tasks, find information and even call customers from the customer list.
Improved search
A new improved quick search helps users to find customer records quickly and easily. Now the search box supports asterisk as a wild card character.
Guided sales process
CRM 2015 includes a new branching capability for organisations to implement complex business process.
Improvements in CRM for OUTLOOK
Now it is much quicker and easier to configure CRM for Outlook. With Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 for Outlook, users can sync assigned tasks and appointment attachments.
Mobile improvements
Now the mobile client comes with role-tailored dashboards, analytics and easy navigation. Support for disconnected scenarios have been improved.
Easy customisation of Help
CRM 2015 offers very user-friendly method of modifying what gets displayed under the help question mark icon.
Social listening
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online customers with a minimum of 10 Professional users automatically have access to Social Listening as part of their subscription at no additional charge.
