Every Excel Keyboard Shortcut…on one page!

Clients often ask me if there is a keyboard shortcut for a particular action in Microsoft Excel. I’m not going to claim to remember every shortcut and I’ve seen some very good partial lists of popular options but I had never seen a full list, not even when I searched online. So I decided to compile a list from the pages and pages of Excel’s help menus combined with some of the partial lists I’d found.

So here it is, a comprehensive list of Excel’s Keyboard Shortcuts!

Simply cross-reference the key down the left hand side with the Ctrl, Alt, etc. option across the top.

Note: A couple of these shortcuts only work in older versions of Excel, I’ve left them in for completeness.
