DEEP DIVE Series: G.R.O.W to Grow

4 Hours $0

So you can effectively communicate and build relationships with your staff. How do you structure a one on one session to help your staff members to grow and remain connected, stimulated and on task?

This is where managers need to develop their skills as coaches. Stepping into the role of coach creates many positive outcomes for the coach but more importantly for the coachee. Here are a few:

  • Increases self-confidence and self-esteem
  • Promotes professional career growth
  • Enhances skills
  • Identifies weak areas and turns them into potential successes
  • Enhances problem analysis

In this 4-hour workshop, we get familiar with the GROW model of Coaching. This process has been around since the 1980s but as with many models that have been around a long time, short cuts and mis-explanations can occur. This is particularly prone to have occurred around the R and O parts of this model. On top of this, we examine five important components to enhance the successfulness of the coaching process.

This workshop is a part of New Horizons' DEEPDIVE series, that applies a 4-hour course format, assisting business professionals to save time, stay up to date with the skills that matter, and dive down into specific information that is important.
